James Eerdmans is the owner and Grand Rapids branch manager. He is passionate and versed in mortgage lending and various aspects of real estate.

With licensing in lending, construction, title insurance, and real estate- James has a unique skill set and perspective by understanding the expectations both referral sources and clients have in a mortgage transaction!

When James is not working, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and friends, and attending music concerts/festivals.
