Alicia is a motivated professional with over 17 years of experience. She has been in the business for over 12 years prior to the market crashing. She then left the mortgage industry and began working as a Victim Advocate with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where she could continue her passion for helping people.
In 2017, Alicia moved back to the area and decided it was time to go back into the mortgage industry. She is skilled in Conventional, Government (FHA/VA), including BOND, and Construction Loans. Along with Sub-Prime loans, which consist of a Bank Statement Program for self-employed individuals.
