Liz orders several important items such as the title commitment, appraisal, homeowners' insurance, verifications of employment, etc. She ensures everything is complete and orderly for the underwriting milestone to avoid any unnecessary delays! Once the file has been reviewed by the underwriter, Liz will help clear any resulting underwriting conditions and receive the final approval.
